What is die Knock sheet?

Die Knock sheet means, a product of「Die knock film」 which 3M Company is selling.

Among construction work contractors, this product is generally called as「Die knock sheet」.

(Die Knock sheet=Die Knock film)

It is commonly referred to as「decorative sheet」. Its feature is that there are rather many adhesive・construction workable places too. (under-mentioning)

Its material is vinyl chloride, and the back side is adhesive sheet.
It is executed construction(sticking）at the work site.

It has more or less elastic property and thickness.

So, we warm it up by using heat gun(weak air flow dryer like electrical appliance), and go on gradually sticking it not to let air bubble come in with spatula or so.

Because of 3M Company technic, air bubble is easy to come out from the adhesive face.

D board construction work method is, a work method of sticking die Knock sheet (die knock film) at its product factory in advance, to make finishing situation uniform and beautiful.
