Then, in the first place, we fix plaster board (=gypsum board) of determined specification from the wall.

We execute fixing work operation of gypyon board also at the ceiling.

On the work operation after this, we will execute sticking cloth or painting at the wall, ceiling or so on (Painting at the ceiling or so will be carried out after finish sticking board.).

We lay in tile carpet or so, then fit base board.

 

Soon after completing work operation to a certain degree, we install lighting equipment, outlet・switch plate.

 

We are roughly explaining merit of hung ceiling this time.

 

Hung ceiling has high sound insulating effectiveness. As making hung ceiling will create space between structure and ceiling board, it can ease structure vibration to a certain degree, which makes sound rather difficult to spread from ceiling to downstairs.

 

In addition, by installing sound insulating materials・sound isolating・sound absorbing materia or sol, it can reduce transferring sound from downstairs to ceiling.

 

And one more thing, different from directly finished ceiling, as hung ceiling is not likely to be affected humid, by sticking wall paper or cloth, its life is likely to be prolonged.
