Construction work details: In order to change interior decoration layout, we execute LGS (=light gauge steel) bedding work and board finishing work after demolition. Repairing work details this time are wall recovery and gypsum board double sticking construction work method(characterized by excelling in properties of fireproof・fire prevention, sound insulation, dimension stability, processability, and economical efficiency).

 

 

We now resume our explanation of the final part of last time.

Our work operation starts from sticking plaster board after finish filling heat insulating materials.

We also go on executing air-conditioning related equipment together.

 

After executing construction work of single room to a certain degree, we go on installing single person use shower room door or so.

Today, we are explaining a relocation construction work site detail at a clinic which we previously executed construction work.

The work contents are as follows:

 

Construction work kind: Relocation work

Work period: about two weeks

Construction work site location: from Shinjou, Nakahara ward, Kawasaki city, Kanagawa prefecture to Chitose-shinchou, Takatsu ward, Kawasaki city, Kanagawa prefecture,

Construction work detail: LGS (=light gauge steel) work, board work

 

We start out construction work from skeleton situation.

In the first place, we mount ceiling bedding with LGS or so.

The work site situation is, a lot of scaffold ladders being lined.

As the ceiling is hung one, so we execute hung bolt at first.

The above picture situation is, lowering hung bolt.

We go on executing LGS at hung bolt.

When LGS is mounted at the ceiling to a certain degree, we go on executing work operation of mounting LGS bedding at room partition wall or so.

 

Then, we fix fixture frame at wall or ceiling bedding.

Due to sound acquisition performance, fire protection and fireproof performance or so on, we fix gypsum board or so with screw at the ceiling・wall bedding LGS.

 

Then, in the first place, we fix plaster board (=gypsum board) of determined specification from the wall.

We execute fixing work operation of gypyon board also at the ceiling.

On the work operation after this, we will execute sticking cloth or painting at the wall, ceiling or so on (Painting at the ceiling or so will be carried out after finish sticking board.).

We lay in tile carpet or so, then fit base board.

 

Soon after completing work operation to a certain degree, we install lighting equipment, outlet・switch plate.

 

We are roughly explaining merit of hung ceiling this time.

 

Hung ceiling has high sound insulating effectiveness. As making hung ceiling will create space between structure and ceiling board, it can ease structure vibration to a certain degree, which makes sound rather difficult to spread from ceiling to downstairs.

 

In addition, by installing sound insulating materials・sound isolating・sound absorbing materia or sol, it can reduce transferring sound from downstairs to ceiling.

 

And one more thing, different from directly finished ceiling, as hung ceiling is not likely to be affected humid, by sticking wall paper or cloth, its life is likely to be prolonged.
