本日は
『内装工事と内装仕上げ工事』
のことをお話ししたいと思います。
皆様、内装工事で検索するとよく内装仕上工事と出ると思いますが
正式名称が『内装仕上げ工事』になります。
内装仕上げ工事とは、一般的に言われる内装工事と同義で、建築物の内部の仕上げを行う工事をまとめてさしています。

内装仕上げ工事は外装仕上げ工事が進み、雨水の浸入の心配がなくなったタイミングで始まります。

高層階ビル（マンション・オフィスビル）などの建設は、高層階でまだ外装工事が行われている状態でも、外装工事が先に終わった下層階から内装仕上げ工事に取りかかっていることもあります。
では、内装工事を指す部分ですが
具体的に、壁・床・天井・ドア・窓・塗装・手すり・収納など中にある全部の工事です。また電気・ガス・水道・空調などの設備工事を含めて内装工事と言う場合もあります。

先日、地球環境大賞が選ばれましたね。
それに伴い、本日は環境に対する建設業界がどう貢献しているのか簡単に調べてみました。
昨今の建設業界では、建設副産物の有効利用、地球温暖化対策、生態系保全の推進、有害物質の使用排
出削減など、地球環境問題を解決するための様々な対策を進めています。
その一環として、施主や工事関係事業者までを含めた建設業界全体で、環境負荷の小さい原材料・部品や資材を優先的に選ぶグリーン調達を推進しやすいよう、環境に配慮した建築製品の一層の認知·普及を図る必要があります。
この認定基準では、再生材料の使用、断熱性能、省エネルギー性能、使用後のリサイクルといった
それぞれの製品ごとに異なる主要な環境性能を評価した上で、化学物質の管理など製品ライフサイクル全体を考慮した総合的な評価を行っているそうです。
難しい様に書いてますが、簡略すると環境に優しい材料を無駄にしないようにリサイクルしてるそうです。
内装工事でも環境に配慮する材料がどんどん増えてきました。
脱電力とまではいきませんが断熱材で熱流出及び流入や室内外の温度差に伴う外部負荷低など
環境配慮型の石膏ボードなど色々あります。
石膏ボードの主な原料は石膏と紙（ボード用原紙）です。原料石膏はその7割が再生品（副産石膏など）で、また、ボード用原紙は古紙をリサイクルしており、地球環境保護に貢献する優れた建材です。
