In the first place, we are removing・shifting equipment, household goods, and remaining things.
If it is property administrator’s equipment, checking first what kind of contract it. Then, if you are removing it, moving it out. If the remaining is assigned, then we will move it temporarily, and cure it for not to hurt it.
If it is resident’s (customer’s) equipment or household goods, when leaving out, all should be removed naturally.
For that sake, in the previous step meeting before starting main construction work, interior decorative work company should ask the customer to sort which to be demolished・removed・shifted by the former company, and which to be done by the latter customer. For a general office, all the lighting should be changed to new one.
Removing partition, fixture thing
If there is newly added partition or fixture goods when moving into the property, it is necessary to return to the original situation before moving out.

Executing LGS (=light gauge steel) work on the existing wall, and sticking board on LGS.
We use board cutter to open a hole at the place of wiring electric cable in the board sticking the wall.
We plaster putty at board joint and uneven place arising for inserting screw, then flatten them.
It is a work operation of going on executing corner work at the wall corner and filling the gaps.

What is rock wool sound absorbing board?

Rock wool sound absorbing board is a board material mainly used for ceiling.
It is also called 「rock wool decorative board」.
Its raw material is basalt(a volcanic rock), and a kind of thing from lime and slag generated by iron-making process which are melted by high temperature, then made fibrously just like cotton candy.
Consequently, rock wool as heat insulating material for inserting covering, not decorative board, resembles its appearance and features with glass wool. Its heat insulating property and sound absorbing property are high, and incombustibility is high too.
