In the first place, we are removing・shifting equipment, household goods, and remaining things.
If it is property administrator’s equipment, checking first what kind of contract it. Then, if you are removing it, moving it out. If the remaining is assigned, then we will move it temporarily, and cure it for not to hurt it.
If it is resident’s (customer’s) equipment or household goods, when leaving out, all should be removed naturally.
For that sake, in the previous step meeting before starting main construction work, interior decorative work company should ask the customer to sort which to be demolished・removed・shifted by the former company, and which to be done by the latter customer. For a general office, all the lighting should be changed to new one.
Removing partition, fixture thing
